SEA CENTRE Initiatives
CENTralization
This initiative features an EASEC Website that aims to create a centralized and secure digital platform that improves organization, and engagement within the SEA community. The website will provide information about EASEC officers, activities, and course leaders for the Tigers' ease of reference.
It will feature departmental attendance tracking and recognitions such as Course of the Month and Course of the Year to encourage excellence. There will also be integration of academic learning support tools, an OJT Directory, and a Tiger Concerns and Welfare section to further strengthen student support and institutional efficiency.
REcognition
This initiative recognizes student potential by providing structured opportunities to experience through Workshops, allowing tigers to develop skills before committing as active members of the SEA community.
To further spark interest, a Volunteer System will also be implemented for students who wish to explore committee and leadership involvement, serving as a fair and practical benchmark for commitment. Tigers who actively contribute to this community will be formally recognized and shall earn an exclusive EASEC Shirt, EASEC Pin, and a Certification.
