Howling Beginnings: HUMLET Stepping Forward
Career Connect Fair
A three-day career fair recognizes the diversity of academic pathways within the cluster, aiming to prepare HUMLET students for future careers and professional environments. The event will introduce students to various companies, stakeholders, and enterprises affiliated with the cluster's internship programs, connecting them to industries related within the HUMLET academic discipline such as journalism, marketing, public relations, media, production, and corporate communications.
Career Skills Summit
Complementing the Career Connect Fair, the Skills Summit aims to equip HUMLET students with essential professional and workplace skills while further strengthening key competencies aligned with their chosen career interests.
- ·Informative sessions and forums led by industry experts will be integrated to provide students with deeper insights into their desired career pathways.
- ·The Skills Summit will also feature practical workshops designed to strengthen foundational professional competencies, including résumé writing and portfolio development.
HUMLET HowlFest
A festive one-day, culminating celebration featuring a variety of interactive and engaging activities that promote cluster camaraderie and a strong sense of community.
- ·The year-end celebration will showcase the cluster's performances from previous university events, including Sayawhenista, Battle of the Bands, and the Star Search performances of UFest.
- ·HUMLET academic clubs will also be given an opportunity within the program to highlight their milestones and achievements throughout the academic year.
- ·Familiar activities conducted in university events, such as a lip sync battle and interactive games, will be incorporated into the celebration.

Smart Reservation System
A digital reservation system to ensure organized, productive, and efficient use of the Humanities Division facilities while preventing overlapping bookings and scheduling conflicts in the hub.
- ·Using Google Forms, students, faculty, staff, and administrators can easily reserve spaces by scanning a QR code displayed at the hub's front desk, replacing the traditional pencil-and-paper method.
- ·Additionally, a separate QR code provides access to a digital schedule in Google Sheets, allowing users to view facility availability in real-time and secure their bookings quickly and efficiently.
Quick Access Resource Vault
A digital reservation, inventory, and viewfinder system for accessing basic equipment such as cameras, tripods, and microphones. This equipment is frequently used for academic or extracurricular purposes, supporting students in a wide range of projects and activities.
- ·Using Google Forms, students can easily reserve equipment by scanning the QR code placed at the front desk of the Humanities Division.
- ·Through Google Sheets, students can access a digital inventory and viewfinder that shows the real-time availability of resources, the borrowing status of each item and the borrower's details.
Community Cluster Calendar
A digital calendar showcasing the events, programs, and initiatives of the Humanities and Letters Student Executive Council (HUMLET SEC) and HUMLET academic clubs—Interdisciplinary Studies Association (ISA), Society of Ateneo Literature and English Language Mavens (SALEM), and Samahan ng mga Mag-aaral ng Sining at Komunikasyon (SINIKOM).
- ·The calendar is managed through Google Calendar and accessible via a scannable QR code. It will be updated each semester to encourage community participation, active involvement, and a sense of belonging among the three (3) Humanities and Letters academic organizations.
Red Revamps: HUMLET Strengthening Capacities
A two-day bootcamp designed to equip HUMLET students with skills across various talents and art forms. The masterclasses will offer training in dance, theater, vocal and instrumental performance, filmmaking, and both graphic and traditional arts. The bootcamp engages students in these disciplines to prepare them for their academic pursuits and upcoming university-wide celebrations, such as the annual UFest.
