For Every VIBE: The B&M Xperience
The B&M Cluster aims to make B&M Xperience a student-centric initiative that strengthens community, promotes student welfare, and fosters meaningful connections among B&M students through inclusive, engaging, and accessible activities. The B&M Cluster aims to create shared spaces where students can unwind, participate, and feel a stronger sense of belonging within the B&M community, in tailored-fit timelines.
Key activities include The Commons (Flea Market & Bash), which provides a vibrant social and creative space where entrepreneurs can buy, sell, and showcase goods while enjoying the atmosphere. B&M Court Runs encourage physical wellness, teamwork, and sportsmanship through beginner-friendly ball court games open to all B&M students. B&M Trivia offers interactive, collaborative, and fun sessions on a variety of topics, complete with incentives and prizes to encourage engagement.
The B&M Xperience promotes its holistic, student-first design, which combines social connection, wellness, learning, entrepreneurship, and leisure in one cohesive experience.
For Every VIPER: Student Think Tank
Viper Launchpad
The B&M Cluster aims to bring practical, accessible workshops and activities directly to B&M students through council-led collaboration with academic and non-academic organizations within the cluster. The B&M Cluster ensures that, by centralizing these initiatives, students gain equal access to skill-building opportunities, career exposure, professional connections, and avenues to explore personal hobbies and interests, provided by organizations within the Viper community.
The B&M Cluster provides a structured cluster activity timeline (Google Calendar) to help students plan ahead, avoid scheduling conflicts, and participate consistently. The B&M Cluster ensures that every program is purpose-driven, inclusive, and impactful, offering regular students.
Senior Assistance Framework
The B&M Cluster proposes a structured OJT Assistance System to help B&M students complete their required internship hours by participating in or creating accredited activities, forums, and events within the university.
To support students, the program provides standardized templates and access to a curated network of speakers, partners, and accredited opportunities, ensuring efficient planning and execution while meeting academic requirements. Activities under this framework are officially recognized and, where applicable, translated into OJT hours (based on the curriculum), giving students tangible credit for their efforts.
Acting as both a partner and assisting body, the program equips students with initiative, practical experience, organizational skills, and professional exposure, while ensuring that their contributions are acknowledged and aligned with academic standards.
For Every ADVOCACY: Start Up
Start Up
The B&M Cluster aims to establish a yearly, cluster-wide advocacy platform that brings together all 7 academic programs under B&M, spearheaded by Y.E.S. and AGREES, to advocate for one advocacy, directed towards the empowerment of local farmers and promote sustainable agriculture. Held at Arrupe Hall in partnership with UCEAC, the event creates a shared marketplace where students entrepreneurs and local farmers sell fresh produce and locally made products to both the campus community and the public.
The platform is designed to foster collaboration between student entrepreneurs and local agricultural sectors, providing practical and hands-on opportunities for learning, community engagement, and collaborative project management. Beyond commerce, Start Up raises awareness of the value of local farming communities, promoting responsible consumption and practices, and the empowerment of farmers, particularly in the vegetable and fruit sectors.
As a yearly advocacy initiative, Start Up unites students across all B&M programs to actively pursue agricultural advocacy, strengthen partnerships with farmers, and develop real-world business and leadership skills, all while contributing meaningfully to the sustainability and growth of local agriculture in the Philippines.
For Every SYSTEM: The Blue Print
Vi-Brant Unit
The B&M Cluster aims to establish the Vi-Brant Unit, an aspirant and volunteer program for current and newly enrolled students designed to introduce them to the organizational landscape and responsibilities of the cluster.
Through structured participation in activities, volunteer initiatives, Master Class Sessions, and Onboarding programs, students receive guided training, mentorship, and familiarization with B&M organizations. This helps them gain confidence, develop leadership skills, and understand how they can meaningfully contribute.
The program provides a flexible, inclusive pathway for nurturing the Viper Leaders of Tomorrow, giving participants opportunities for growth while allowing B&M organizations to expand their reach. Students are further incentivized through certificates for completion, service experience attributed to their curriculum vitae, networking opportunities with mentors, and the chance to be formally appointed as members of B&M organizations.
Pathway Planner
The B&M Cluster aims to establish a centralized lobbying system for students to submit course requests for the academic year or summer term, ensuring their academic needs are clearly communicated and considered.
By consolidating these requests into actionable data, department chairs can better assess demand and strategically allocate classes, addressing student priorities proactively. Student Executive Councils (SECs) play a key role in this process by assisting in collecting, organizing, and validating the course request data. This system reduces enrollment uncertainties, improves access to needed courses, and ensures students' academic plans are supported, making course availability more responsive to actual student needs within the B&M Cluster.
Viper Integrated Primer (V.I.P)
The B&M Cluster aims to establish a comprehensive B&M one-stop information hub that consolidates all essential details about programs, organizations, administrative offices, facilities, network, and career opportunities, with the B&M Cluster. It serves as a central resource for students to efficiently navigate their academic and extracurricular journey.
For students considering shifting programs, the VIP provides curriculum overviews for all B&M programs, including course prerequisites and sequences, along with step-by-step guides for the shifting process to clarify requirements and procedures, and FAQs. It also addresses frequently asked questions, ensuring students have reliable answers at their fingertips.
The VIP will be mobilized and maintained through a collaborative effort involving the Course Officio, Course Representatives, and the B&M Department of Academic Affairs, guaranteeing that the information remains accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all students.
